1. Statutory right of withdrawal and instructions on withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ANDES MUNAY, Phone +36204818226, Email: email@example.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the later attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
2. If you return the delivered goods to us within the withdrawal period without an explicitly declared withdrawal, we shall handle this as a withdrawal and the aforementioned consequences shall come into effect.

3. Processing returns and timeframe for processing refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
4. Returns partner
Please note that the customer carries all the shipping costs of the return. You can choose your own shipping method for the return, e.g. your local postal services. Return shipping costs will differ depending on the chosen shipping partner as well as the weight and size of the package.
5. Condition of the goods returned
Please bear in mind that we can only take back goods that are unworn and with the original label attached. Any obvious marks like makeup and lipstick stains or odors will render the item unsaleable. If this is the case, we will return the item to the customer and retain the purchase price as compensation.

Confirmation of receipt of order
Immediately after your purchase, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. A purchase contract is only entered into when the ordered goods are dispatched which will also be confirmed by email.
Once your parcel has been transferred to GLS, you will receive another email.

To do so, select your most convenient shipping option and send your order back to us. Please keep the receipt of postage until you have received an email confirming receipt of your returned items. Please note that you have to cover the costs of returning the items back to us.
